I purchased coins via Binance with a credit card. A fee was charged to my credit card. However, since the transaction was unsuccessful, no coins arrived in my Binance account. Neither the coins arrived in my account nor the money withdrawn from the card was refunded. I also wrote to the live support team. However, irrelevant answers came in the form of templates.
