They sent another product instead of the one I purchased. When I went to the branch and told them about it, they said that I had given wrong information and that the product sent to my home was correct. When I asked them to look at the camera records of the day I received the product, they did not look, saying they did not have the authority to do so. The product code that arrived at my home is different from the code of the product I purchased. I cannot use the product because it arrived wrong and I request a replacement.
