The metal coating material inside the Vestel BM301 dishwasher rusted within 9 months of use. Thumb-sized rust stains have formed on the ceiling section, and rust gets on the dishes during washing. I called the service of the machine, which has a 3-year warranty, in the morning. He checked whether there was a grounding problem in the building and asked if you were using the detergent we recommended. Even though I had already used the detergent they mentioned, the Vestel factory interpreted it as user error, despite the photos of rust taken by the service personnel.
If there had been user error, our previous German brand dishwasher should not have been visible from rust, but there was not a single spot. This means that the rust problem has nothing to do with detergent or user error. Of course, I understand that it is difficult for Vestel to say that the material quality of the machines we produce is low. It's easier to say user error instead. What kind of ignorance or ignorant person can cause the internal parts of the dishwasher to rust while washing dishes. It's our fault, of course. I bought a Vestel TV, it worked fine, and we decided to try the dishwasher, since it was a German brand, and we were fooled by the 3-year warranty.
If we cannot find a solution here, I will apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee, no one collects money from trees, I guess the rusting of a 9-month-old dishwasher can only happen in our country.
