Vakko remains indifferent to product complaints
Vakko brand tries to hide product defects by remaining indifferent to product complaints. If they ignore customer satisfaction, they will lose more prestige.

Vakko Bag Deformed in 1 Month
The bag I bought was deformed even though it was only 1 month old. I wanted to return it, but Vakko did not accept it, stating that this was a normal situation. I will complain about this situation to the Consumer Arbitration Committee.

Even Vakko Now Sells Poor Quality Products
