I bought a UFO Honeywell brand cooler. It broke down after 3 months. By law, it is required to have a 2-year warranty. I called customer service. They told me that their agreement with the Honeywell brand had ended and that they could not deal with it. Honeywell cannot be reached either. I officially cannot use the product and I am a victim.
