Turkmen Furniture Does Not Stand Behind Its Product

We bought sofa sets and beds from Turkmenler furniture. They said it had a 10 year warranty. However, after 1 year, the springs began to deteriorate and become fluffy. When we called the company they said it was user error. They do not stand behind their products, I definitely do not recommend them.
