Samsung customer relations sucks
I bought a Samsung washing machine, I wouldn't have bought it. Delivery took 14 days, installation was not done for 9 days. The company declared that I was late to participate in the gift campaign and that it was not their fault that the delivery took 14 days. Samsung is the one doing this. Online....
