Annual card fee for a zero card
I applied for a new card and my card arrived. As soon as it arrived, the annual card fee was reflected. What kind of a bank is this? When I asked for a refund, they said it was not refundable and that it was legal. How is it legal to collect dues for a brand new card I just bought?

Finansbank Reflects Annual Card Fee
My Finansbank credit card reflected an annual membership fee. However, I stated that I did not want to pay this fee. If it was a bank, I said I had to pay. How can they charge such a fee even though it is not legal? I don't want to pay this money.
