PTTAVM cargo packaging is careless and broken cargo is sent
My PTTAVM cargo arrived broken and the packaging was careless. This indifference does not suit you at all. I have been choosing you for months and I was very disappointed with my last order. I don't think I will choose you again.

PTTAVM I cannot make a refund
I'm waiting for the return of PTTAVM shoes. It's been 2 weeks and I still haven't been able to return them. I think I have taken the necessary steps for this, I contacted both call centers and online services. So I don't understand, what else should I do? Please help me solve this problem.
