I called customer service today and they took a note. That I could not pay my registered bills. I sent an email but there was no response, but the problem has been going on for a week. I can neither make bills nor make purchases. 3D gives error

My Money Was Transferred to Paycell Account
I sent money to my Paycell account from my bank account, but it did not arrive. I've been trying for 1 month, but they haven't solved the problem yet. Customer service keeps saying the same things but does not solve the problem.
