Parkmoda does not give refunds
He bought 2 trousers worth 500 TL from the Parkmoda website. I didn't like one of the pants and returned it. The product arrived and I was not given a refund. I reached customer service via SMS. They said a refund would be given within 7 business days. It's been 2 weeks and still no money.
