Poncho coat came off immediately, very poor quality

I bought a coat for my nephew from the Poncho store. We had a hard time opening and closing the zipper of the coat. At first, the zipper broke and the seams of the pockets came loose. It started to disintegrate. I will not shop at Panço again, as it turns out that they have very poor quality products.
