My schoolistic content membership has not been activated
I received a progress certificate on our last attempt. The results came today. I just reviewed my result and saw that I won a 5-day membership to Okulistic content. I logged in and tried to open a random video. The "Buy" message appeared. I would like to use this 5-day free membership immediately.

Videos Don't Open Sometimes
I created a membership as a teacher. However, while teaching at school, I cannot open the videos on the smart board. Sometimes the videos open, sometimes they don't.
