Modanisa is keeping my orders on hold
I made a purchase from the Modanisa application and I was informed that my orders would be shipped within 24 hours, but my products were not shipped. I called customer service many times and no one ever responded to me. My orders are on hold, I bought them as gifts and I've been victimized.
