Are you really kidding?
I have been filling out the feedback form continuously for 2 months for my Miles&Smiles card and the attachment cannot be read correctly for 3 times. I don't know why you did not attach sufficient documents. I'm calling and it can't be resolved over the phone. Give me an e-mail and I will send it to him. Very bad service!
