Regarding not accepting the production defect of Mavi jeans.

The jeans I bought for my daughter on February 15, 2022, which were torn towards the side of the knee, grew sideways and downwards a month later. On March 29, 2022 (one and a half months!), I went to the Turgut Özal Adana store and informed them that this product was faulty and that there was a tear of about 3 cm, perhaps sideways but downwards, and that this could not be a usage error and asked it to be sent for review. When I visited the store on April 17 (today), they said that my complaint was examined but it was not considered a production defect. I condemn a company like Mavi, which presents itself as a corporate company, but thinks it is making a profit, even if I do not accept such a production error. I also want them to know that I will use my legal rights to the fullest.
