Kuryenet Delays Products and Lies

My product, which was delivered by Kuryenet on December 1, 2020, has been 21 days and it has still not arrived. They also state that they came home on December 16 and that there was no one at home. I was at home that day and no one came. Not only are they delaying my product, they are also lying. I have been tracking my product through Kuryenet for 20 days, but my product has not arrived, and I am trying to contact them, but I cannot reach them in any way.
