Koçtaş is a big disappointment
Koçtaş, what a terrible shipment you have, what a bad and indifferent customer service you have, you have not been coming and picking up the wrong sink for a week, you are not bringing the correct order, there is no sink at home.

Koçtaş Sent the Wrong Product and Did Not Care About Our Problem
I bought a cabinet from Koçtaş's website. Even though I wanted a model with legs, they sent me a model without legs. I created a return request. However, they did not respond. I will complain about Koçtaş, which sent me a different product, to the consumer arbitration committee.
