Choose a book does not refund my money

I bought a book from Book Select and canceled the order 1 hour later with a momentary hesitation. Even though I canceled the order, my money was not refunded. It's been 2 days and still no refund. I cannot connect to Customer Service. Refund my money, solve this problem as soon as possible
