Karaca, my product arrived broken.
The product named "Karaca Zeugma Boat Plate 29cm" of my order numbered #32418821 dated 6.12 arrived broken and I received a ridiculous e-mail from Karaca saying "spare parts cannot be supplied, return cargo as a set". Why should I ship the plate that comes divided into 8 pieces?

My karaca zuccaciye dinner set is missing
I bought dinnerware sets and many dowry items from Karaca store. My dinner set was delivered late because it was missing 3 bowls, and those missing pieces still haven't arrived. Karaca, which is such an important brand, does not suit you. This is not good for your image. How long do I have to wait?
