Jolly Tur Did Not Refund the Cancellation Fee
I bought a package tour from Jolly tour. It was canceled due to Covid 19 and Jolly Tur officials said that the refund would be made within 1 month. However, they called again a day later and said that they could make the payment in February 2021. In this way, we were officially victimized.
