İşkur working hours problem

I applied to İşkur and got a job through İşkur. We work too many hours. We work 10 hours on a normal working day and 12 hours on special days and holidays. On top of that, we do not receive overtime pay. I don't know what to do, which way should I follow? I would appreciate your help.
