idaş bed is moldy

It hasn't been 1.5 years. We bought a double base and bed from Istanbul Anadolu Kırman Mobilya and the products arrived, even though it was forced. When I said that the base was not equal during the installation, I got the answer that put some stuff in it and the base will be fixed. We did what they said. Now, when we lifted the bed to change its direction, we saw that there was mold on the screws under the bed and the bottom was dirty. If I had bought the bed second hand, I would not have encountered such a thing.
