All Here Cargo Delivery and Open Product Disgrace

I bought a phone from Hepsiburada:com. The phone was not delivered for a long time. When I called they said it would be delivered in 2-3 days. I went out with confidence in this. They came home after me an hour later and delivered it to my wife. When I got home, I opened the package and the gelatin of the phone box was torn and the box was opened. They sent me an open box. I called customer service and said I would return it. They said that they would not accept returns because the cargo package was not opened when the cargo was delivered. They also said it would arrive in 3 days, and they delivered the cargo 1 hour later while I was not at home. They also don't accept returns.
