Hayat Does Not Provide Receipts or Receipts for Selling Water Products

When I order water from Hayat Sudan, I insistently request a receipt/receipt. But they don't bring it. When I asked why they didn't bring it the last time, they responded indifferently as if we were going to keep carrying a receipt with us. When I called customer service, they blamed me by saying that they had difficulty in distributing water because of customers asking for receipts. I just want a receipt proving that I purchased the product as a customer. I will complain wherever necessary.
