I was told that the product I bought from the market on Sunday could not be delivered by the Antalya Security Mah by Butcher business, and I was informed on the phone number 08503045049 and that the fee would be refunded within 3-5 business days. When I did not receive it within 5 business days, I contacted the friend at the call center and since I did not answer the phone, the order was delivered. It turns out it wasn't done! I won't be getting a refund. Sorry, but this is literally misleading people. If the business cannot supply the product, will not put it in the system, and if it cannot direct it, it is said that it was canceled without asking me, my refund should be given without asking. Please.
