Getir Does Not Bring My Missing Products

I ordered from Getir and the products arrived missing. I called and told him. However, even though days passed, they still did not send the missing products. They are absolutely not interested. When you call, they pretend to be interested but do not solve the problem. They have both incompetent and irrelevant teams.
