The writings on my Fossil bag were erased and the zipper broke.

I bought a Fossil brand backpack. I was not satisfied at all. I have a hard time opening and closing the bag because of the zipper. The writings in the bag began to be erased. It doesn't look nice at all. And all this happened even though I used it very little and was careful. This situation disappointed me.
