I bought shoes from Flo. It broke after 2 days. When I wanted to return it, they said they could not refund the money but could give me a shopping voucher. I confirmed too. Then I told the customer waiting behind me that I could give them a gift certificate and they could make the payment to me in return, so that I could indirectly get a refund.
