I bought a second hand Fiat bravo car with plate number 06...480 from Fiat Kartaş Balgat dealer. The dealer declared the problems in the expert report as fixed. When I had a problem with the vehicle I bought when I was about to hit the road the next day, I showed it to the industrial master and learned that the deficiencies were not repaired and that there were defects. When I told the issue to the person I bought it from the dealer, he said "There is no problem, let's check it" and I went to the dealer. The sales representative at the dealer showed it to his own technician and said there was no problem. When I had it checked again at the Fiat service, they said that the lower gearbox lug had not been changed and the left plate needed to be replaced. The dealer's service manager explained the situation to the second-hand sales manager, and Mr. M...t accepted the problem and the defect. He gave me a letter promising to pay this expense. I ordered the parts of the vehicle from the factory at the Diyarbakır Fiat dealer and replaced the parts at the service 10 days later. I also had the invoice made in my name. I sent the invoice to the Ankara Kartaş dealer, but they avoided payment with various excuses. He stated that the Diyarbakır service had issued the invoice in my name because it was a vehicle and that they could not make any corrections again. The transactions I made cost 3700 TL and they made me a victim. My bill was not paid. I will appeal to the court against Fiat's indifference.
