etstur withdrew the money and did not make a reservation
Etstur may charge a fee and not make the reservation. If you think that customer service will solve it, don't be mistaken, it's your mistake, you should have checked the reservation number, they say that a refund can be made after the hotel reservation starts when working hours start.

I bought a standard room, they tried to offer economy
I bought a room at Erzurum Palan Hotel through ets. I bought the room as standard, but when we went, the employees were trying to give us an economical room. I was surprised at what I was trying for, it didn't suit ETS.

The room is not the same as the reservation made through ets
We made a reservation from CVK Boshphorus hotel through ets tour, the rooms have nothing to do with the ones in the picture, the service is zero, I left the hotel, I told ets that the rooms are not the same as the photo, but there was no result.
