Emlak Konut Unfairly Demands Money

I took over a house from Emlak Konut. I bought it debt-free when the house was transferred. EMlak Konut made a mistake by forgetting to deduct the interest from the person who transferred the house. Even though I bought the house without any debt, they are trying to make me pay this interest. It is such a low-level company that they told me that our employee made a mistake and you pay us and then go and collect it from the person you bought it from. Now I will file a lawsuit and deal with it.
