My Duracell brand battery leaked even though its expiration date was 2 years ago. We chose the Duracell brand even though it was 2-3 times more expensive than other batteries. I put a new battery in my product, but it did not work. When I opened it and looked inside, the battery had leaked all the way to its circuits. In short, my product was garbage
