DeFacto is deceiving people
Why do you deceive people and write crop suits? Moreover, there are two different price information for the same product, one is 49.99 and the other is 89.99. Also, you didn't write in the description that you would only send crop or only cardigans, you are just deceiving people.

wrong product defacto
The product I bought from defacto was completely different, I wanted blue jeans, a cream colored sweater was delivered and I can't even find anyone I can talk to about the issue. I am waiting for your support for my solution.

My DeFacto Refund Is Not Made
I shopped from DeFacto online. The cargo company returned my products to DeFacto without bringing them. I request a refund, but they never provide a refund. They are absolutely not helpful.
