I purchased alcohol from your Ankara-Mamak-Akdere branch. I bought an alcoholic beverage. When I came home and opened the bottle, the smell and taste of the drink was not like I knew. When I queried with the barcode on the bottle, the result was "Suspicion of fake banderol". I went to Çağdaş to return it. They did not take the product back and said "I wish you had not opened it, we cannot refund the drinks". How can I understand that the product is defective without opening it? Moreover, while it is obvious that there is a suspicion of fake even in the banderol query, it is disappointing to see such a negative result from a place we know to be reliable.
