Cacharel sent me another product instead of the product I bought from their website. I called customer service and explained the situation. They said they would determine why they sent the wrong product, but they said they would get back to me within 48 hours, but I still haven't gotten a call back. I want the problem to be solved immediately and the product I bought to be delivered to me.
