Babil charges, no product
I ordered a power electronics (Hacı Bodur) book from babil.com. When ordering, I wrote that it asked for a password. Money was withdrawn from his bank account. But when I track my order, I get a warning that your order is not available. I want this glitch to be fixed.

Babil.com Did Not Send My Book Order!
I ordered a book from Babil.com. One of the books was not delivered and the date was constantly changed. I could not reach the authorized person in customer service. My book was never delivered.
