İpara charged extra money to my credit card
I recently made a purchase worth 500 TL through İpara. Instead of deducting 500 TL from my credit card, İpara deducted 650 TL. I cannot connect to customer service, I request that this situation be resolved as soon as possible and the extra money received be refunded.

Aypara Looks Like I Spended Even Though I Didn't
I keep getting messages from Aypara. He says it belongs to my expenditure. However, I did not spend such a thing. My card is a debit card. I don't understand how this happens.
