Arçelik water heater broke down, even though the same part was replaced 2 times, it broke down 3 times and they call for a replacement, they are making us and our workplace a victim, they are doing their best not to make a replacement, I can't open my workplace right now because there is no hot water for 3 days, they did the same thing last week, they are indifferent, they are not interested, stay away from Arçelik.
