I use Alveus brand dishwasher. The plastic of the lower part of the machine was peeled off. There is some rust and the warranty has expired. But is there no parts warranty? Will we buy a shelf every 3 years? 6 months after we bought the machine, the bottom shelf wires peeled and warped, we replaced them and now the same thing happened. The wires are literally rotten.
