Akbank charges illegal card fees

Hello, Akbank has charged a membership fee of 171 TL to my credit card under the card fee. I state that the card fee amount is not legal and unless it is returned to me, I will go to the consumer arbitration committee. I demand that all card fees deducted in the past be paid to me. If not, I will go to the consumer arbitration committee.
