I was directed to another hotel by the hotel representative, saying that the system where I made the reservation via Agoda was closed and I did not know how you made the reservation. Even though we stated that we wanted a higher floor in the hotel we were directed to, we were given the ground floor. We couldn't sleep because of the noise. Our whole day was ruined. I want to contact someone in authority.
