Adore Does Not Provide Cargo Tracking of Its Products

I ordered a product from Adore. Even though 1 month has passed and the product was given to the cargo company, it was not delivered. Adore does not track the product. When I call customer service, they say the problem is with the cargo company. I will return the product because I was victimized in this way.
