Zara Home Didn't Care About Leather Carpet Problem

We bought a leather rug from Zara Home. After not even using it for a year, all the edges curled inwards. We took the product to the store and they received it for inspection, but it took almost more than a month. Then they said it was user error. I requested for it to be re-examined. But there is no call back for a week.
