I queried my cargo through cargo tracking and it shows as undeliverable because I am not at home. However, I work from home and I am always at home during the day and do not go out. Also, my family was at home. I called customer service and they directed me to the relevant branch. However, the branch did not even answer the phone. I want my cargo to be delivered to Yurtiçi Kargo officials.
