Yeni Aksaray Does Not Cancel Tickets

Yeni Aksaray bus company, which gave me an Alanya car ticket from the bus station even though I said I was going to Manavgat. And even though I expressed this later, they insisted on giving me a ticket for the car going to Alanya. Even though I said I wanted to cancel, before they even gave me a ticket, they said I couldn't cancel anymore and gave me a ticket for the place I wasn't going to. They did not refund my money and I had to buy a ticket again from another company. I want them to refund my ticket.
