I bought a gray fan from the seller named Yavrazi on Hepsiburada.com and he sent me red color. I returned it and contacted the seller and asked them to replace it with a gray color. They said of course we will change it. One day later, the price of the product was returned to my Hepsiburada wallet and the price of the product was increased by 400 TL.
