Vodafone called me and informed me about their campaigns. I liked a discount product. I told them that I liked the product but did not want to make a commitment, and they told me that there would be no commitment. However, they made a 24-month commitment. When I told them that I would cancel it, they said that a penalty fee would be charged. When I complained to their higher headquarters, they said that I was wrong that the voice recordings were listened to. This is how they victimize people.
