They sent another product instead of the product I bought. When I went to the branch, they said I gave the wrong information and said that the product sent to my house was correct. When I asked the camera records about the day I bought the product, they did not look at it by saying that they did not have their authority. With the product code coming to my house, the code of the product I purchased is different. I cannot use it because the product is wrong and I demand it to be changed.
