Vatan Bilgisayar Did Not Provide Service Under Warranty

We bought a computer from Vatan Bilgisayar. The product was under warranty and we wanted it repaired. However, there were three or four days left until the warranty expired and they said that they might not be able to send the product to the authorized service within the period. A week passed and they said they could not produce the product. They tried to get payment from us by officially exceeding the warranty period.
